Cheddar Bay Biscuits – THM – S

Cheddar Bay Buscuits

Makes 12  biscuits

Preheat Oven 400; parchment on baking sheet

2 1/2 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1/4 tsp dried parsley

Mix first 6 dry ingredients together well.

Cut into dry ingredients:

1/4 cup unsalted butter

Add:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 eggs, lightly beaten

Mix well

Shape into 12 biscuits, forming them in your hand and flatten slightly. Place on parchment paper lined pan and bake for 15 minutes.
