Deli Roll Ups



  • 3” round deli hard salami, sliced super thin
  • 3” round deli pepperoni, sliced super thin
  • 1/3 fat cream cheese
  • Pepperoncini Peppers ( a mild hot pepper)
  • Toothpicks


  • Soften cream cheese at room temperature
  • Cut peppers in half length wise, (if large into thirds); remove stem and seeds; dry on paper towels
  • On each piece of deli meat, spread a good smear of cream cheese and lay a piece of pepper on top
  • Roll up and secure with a toothpick
