Coconut Pizza Crust

Preheat oven 400 degrees

  1. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl
    2. 2 Tablespoons ground flax seed
    3. 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
    4. ½ teaspoon baking soda

Mix first 4 ingredients well

  1. Beat 2 eggs in separate bowl

Add to mixture, mixing well
Place parchment paper on pizza pan
Spread mixture out evenly and thinly
Bake for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and top with favorite sugar free pizza sauce and toppings
Bake another 10 – 15 minutes
